This has a *slightly* higher dosage per capsule than a lot of other alpha gpc supplements out there, which I approve of. The generally accepted recommended dose of alpha gpc is between 400 and 1200mg per day, spread out in multiple doses whenever possible.

Another great travel book from Rick Steves, the best travel adviser for visiting Europe. Crammed with great advice on many activities in Rome. I especially like the parts where he tells you what to see while visiting museums/galleries. Fantastic!

Great all around indoor ball. The grip allows me to set the ball fairly descent; additionally I can get a really good standing floater serve in. The only thing that concerns me is that I do have to check the PSI before every use. It does seem to require some air more often than not; but then again this is my first ball I've ever purchased so I don't know if all balls require that or not. Either way, this is my go to ball.

the wrap was stuck on the sticky tac ,was not happy.i have had this skeeter vac four five years and that was the first time that's ever happened...
