You'd be surprised how difficult it is for us dolphins to distinguish a mighty school of fish from a huge ship. In short, this built-in sonar of ours is not all it's cracked up to be. In fact, it can be terribly misleading. And by the time one establishes visual contact, it can be far too late. I mean, you're expecting a nice mouthful of tasty, crunchy herring and WHAM! you've got a knot on your forehead the size of a grapefruit. I'm telling you, running into a huge ship at top speed hurts like a...well it hurts a lot. With young dolphins, the results can be fatefully tragic--as they were for our little Audrey...who will swim with a limp for the rest of her life, and who to this day is rather slow at even the simplest and most menial of dolphin tasks.

It is made well yet lighter than it looks. Very sturdy. The only part that looks like it may break are the tabs that hold the unit in the lock position. That has not happened yet that I know of,

Bass hits nicely and fit comfortably. I used these several times now at the gym for running, cycling, work out and basketball and they have not come off yet. The bass it deep like some of the expensive brands. Not at hard hitting but still much better than the generic headphones as well as some mid-level ones. Connecting it was very easy. They came pre-charged and I used them for a 2-3 days before I had to charge them. The over-the-ear piece is very flexible and does not get uncomfortable over time.

I recommend this book to anyone that is interested in learning about the origins of holistic medicine and thought. It always seemed that the alternative medical community forgot about African traditional medicine and its contributions & only focused on Far Eastern medicine (Ayurvedic, Chinese, etc.) This book is LOADED with information on how Western and Eastern medicines' origins really began in Africa. I was pleasantly surprised to learn how history, politics, religion, economics and health are entwined in what I previously believed were non-related ways.

Have been lucky to have visited Italy several times in the past couple of years, using several Rick Steves guides, i.e. Italy, Rome, Venice, and Florence & Tuscany each time. Did not hesitate buying Italy 2013 for our journey next May to Northern Italy. I have used Rick Steves guides for 18 years and will continue to use them as a base guide and point of departure for wherever we go in Europe. One joy is re-reading the guides after returning home and reviewing where we were, often nodding in agreement while thinking 'Yes, exactly.'

I would give it zero stars if I could. This thing is crap. It goes not cut or trim it shreds you nails.
