Great product. I really like this stuff. Not only does it taste great, it works phenomenally. For the most part, my workouts consist of heavy weights and high volume. And I have noticed a significant increase in overall recovery. I have not experienced much muscle soreness as usual (next day usually) and my energy levels have been up too! I recommend it for anyone. Not to mention the flavor is absolutely delicious.

I cannot begin to tell all of you how frustrating it is to have periodic breakouts due to hormonal changes.
