I hate it. First, all I wanted was Publisher 10, not 13. Then, when I received 13, because 10 was no longer available, was not able to download the program. Very frustrating. Was notified that I would get a credit. So far, don't know if that has happened.

I am very happy with my new coffee grinder. With so many variable settings, I can grind as little or as much as I need, for a perfect pot of freshly-ground coffee every time!

We've been using Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor Remover for many years. We not only have several dogs of our own, but we frequently care for dogs that we find in the neighborhood while we try to locate owners. This often results in carpet messes from the lost dogs urinating on carpet from stress, or marking while they're with us before heading home. At the moment, the newest permanent addition to our family is a German Shepherd. He is 7 months old and 65 pounds with no signs of slowing. We've had him less than two weeks, and the first week was tough with house training. He peed constantly, and I thank heavens for Nature's Miracle. We actually never even put the bottle away that week. This week is going much better, but this house will never be without a bottle of it at the ready! Our noses (and our wallets) thank Nature's Miracle for saving our carpet!

I was shocked at the new direction and wasn't sure about it until I heard the entire album. This album has turned out to be a true masterpiece. It's like she gave her dead aunt an entire lifetime. This album truly is something else. It flows easily from beginning to end.

I wish all study guides were written this well! my son is in the 8th grade and we are both taking the technician's test soon! The CD practice test is so basic to use it threw me fore a loop. Software can also print out practice tests.

I used this all summer and found myself picking it over my $100+ Quantum. Almost impossible to back lash. Love it !
