I bought this combo pack just to have something in case power was out in the countries I was visiting. Came in handy while visiting a "rustic" resort in the Philippines which turned off the power 2/3 of the day; the light came in really handy when navigating the grounds which were unlit at night. My grown daughter was in the hospital for 3 months -- one problem was severe, chronic diarrhea. Her butt was raw and blistered, and we tried everything possible. (I have several young grandchildren, and have used Desitin, Beaudreaux's, and Aquaphor.) The hospital began to make a custom paste for her, but it was painful because it contained Lidocaine.

I had custom made arch/heal support that I add to my walking shoes. These shoes do need more elasticity through the tongue area but after I put them on a few times, it became easier. The insole use a softer feel, especially through the toe area. Other that that, they are very cute and can be worn with any type of pants without looking clunky.

This product does not work for me. In fact I have seen more lines and deeper lines after using this product.
