It seems to work ok it comes as card with the product key number on it you have to download software from the internet. The popup notifications to get you to sign up for auto renewal and the password safe program it comes with are a little annoying.

I love this product, it is worth every penny. I had one for 7 years that still worked GREAT! I used it once a week, I will never use a mop and bucket again. The only reason that I had to buy a new one is that my neighbors dog chewed up the tank when I left it outside to dry. I know that you can buy replacement parts, but I was half way to a new machine by the time I payed for the part that I needed to. My mother-in-law had bought a different version (the one with 2 tanks on the side) and it broke with in a year (she bought 2 and both broke). This is the best version of all of the hard floor cleaners. Tile grout still requires a good scrubbing every year or so, this is not a magic machine for that, but whit socks will still be white at the end of the day.

They look great, seem sturdy enough; they fit the shape of the fender fine, but the screw-holes of the mudguards did not match the holes of the truck. I had to drill 1 new hole in each guard.

I've had the opportunity to test out several products from New York Biology in return for my honest review and I'm in love.

This helmet fits great and flows tons of air. I ride in South Carolina where summer temps are routinely in the mid to high 90's with 60% to 70% relative humidity. I can honestly say that after riding two hours plus I have forgotten the helmet was on! On top of the comfor factor, you can actually adjust the headband easily while riding. This level of comfort is well worth the price.
