Once in a while you try to find something that helps you break that plateau in your work out and or diet. I was looking for b-12 drops and came across this item.. I must say the hype I heard about drops made me believe that is was just that... Hype.. I have only been using them for a short time but they do what they say... I have noticed that my clothes are fitting nicely and a loss of 9lbs is nice too ... Who would have thought?

If you just slap this in and rinse, you will not get the effect you are looking for. Hair might still look oily and heavy if the process isn't followed. I have really oily hair and a busy schedule. When I tried to take shortcuts in the shower my hair was not light and fluffy. When I do follow the directions it was soft and light and very very clean. I would recommend the one liter bottle because you can burn through it fast with long hair, however, don't forget you are replacing shampoo AND conditioner, so factor that in to your cost analysis. I see me using this for years to come.

The Nuwave Pro only lasted 28 months and I don't use it every day. I found it convenient for cooking because I don't have to watch the food while it is being cooked, although there are some items like big fish that you have to reposition several times to get an even browning.

It's much like advertised. Not real fancy but a good basic cooker. Watch out for the cooking times listed in the recipe booklet, way too long. We found the food tastes better if you cut down the cooking times by 40%. Chicken is kind of "mushy", but beef and pork are good. Like the removable lid and porceline liner.

I have been taking these pills for quiet a few days now to help boost my weight loss. I like the fat that I am not as Hungary. I don't get the gitters like other pills. It also helps block your fat intake and increases your metabolism. I feel if I continue to take these natures burn in will lose a good amount of weight with my diet and exercise.
