I have been taking amberen for almost 3 months. I had a full hysterectomy. I think it is working pretty well. I sleep very good at night. I still have a couple of hotflashes during the day and 1 night sweat at night. It does nothing for vaginal dryness just so you know. So, you will need to get something from your doctor for that. I don't see where it helps with weight loss. I feel hungrier. I don't have any fogginess during the day or night. So in my opinion it has it good and bad points. The best is that I am no longer on chemical hormone replacement therapy. I can function day to day with the occasional hot flash and night sweat. Some days more hotflashes than others but extremely more managable. I have not had any allergic reactions as some people have had. I did experience some joint soreness in the beginning and they said that was normal. My nails do not grow as fast so I suggest making sure to take viatamins for that. Emotionally I feel great. 

Breath Right has a number of products. It gets overly confusing. I’ve purchased a number of their products. Breath Right’s “extra” works best for me.

Very light and easy to handle. Like the way it comes apart and turns into a canister vac. Very high suction, sometimes too much but it does have a suck adjustment. A little bit tipsy at times when using as an upright. After using a hoover for many years I am much happier with this one.

This dutch oven is worth the money. That's my honest opinion. My wife was skeptical at first but let me purchase this oven. I have had it nearly a month. In the last 30 days I have used it for over a dozen different dishes from stew, pot roast, to shepherds pie. The oven has changed my culinary experience for the better.

Comfortable seat that is super easy to install in the car. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, just too bad they didn't have the red one. That would've been my color compared to the brown that I had to go with. But still great seat and well worth the money.
