When I contacted them last week about some malicious adware I had been battling, which required me to run at least 3 other cleaning programs besides Norton, they told me they appreciated how knowledgeable I was and that I had done everything I was supposed to do. They couldn't offer anything else, except a rather lame scripted statement that the malicious software is always out there and to be careful about what I clicked. Funny thing is that I am careful.
