  • Retired Navy - A Great Ride

This bike replaced a 13yo TREK 6500 and I couldn't be happier. The 2012 version of this bike has a few upgrades over the 2011 model most notably, 3x10 gearing and an improved fork/shock. While I had a $1431 budget (moving company payout for crushing my old bike), I decide I didn't need that much bike for the kind of riding I do. This is an XC bike, and that's the kind of riding I will using it for. I live in coastal SC. Forest trails, swampy areas, and the occasional downed tree. I appreciate the lock out front fork for the frequent transitions from asphalt, trails, open forest, and back.

  • steve hargrave - We followed the directions and had dark green beautiful grass.

I am in zone 8 in Wilmington, NC. We followed the directions and had dark green beautiful grass..... for about two weeks. No matter where the grass was located i.e. sun or shade the grass died, even thou watered as directed. Perhaps it is my soil as centipede thrives here. The techs at Jonathan Green were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would contact them prior to purchase.

  • MikeB - Just didn't work

I received the sewing machine exactly on time and was hopeful that everything would be fine. I gave it as a gift and the recipient tried to use the machine. It would not accept thread using the procedures as outlined. She tried many times and finally took it to a sewing machine repair shop to see what was wrong. She was told that the machine was out of time and that it would cost $100 to repair it with no guarantee that it would continue to work for any extended period. He said that Singer is not the Singer company of old. The new Singer is made in China of less that good quality parts.

  • JNFoo - Pricey and limiting license detracts from otherwise decent office software

I consider myself an up and coming excel "guru" so when it came time to kit out a new system I wanted the latest I could get. I'm not a fan of subscription software so I opted for this key card. My two big gripes that stopped it from being a perfect 5-star rating was 1) way too expensive for a home and student version because 2) You're limited to just one PC. So if you have a laptop and a desktop you go between, you'd need two of these overpriced key cards.

  • Nancy C. Turner - Mostly Water

I don't know what to say about this product. I picked this product because it was so highly rated. I hope I just got a bad tube. It is so watery that it must be stored upright or it will leak out. Forget about squeezing the tube, just turn it upside down and the liquid pours out. I saw a tiny bit of white lotion once, all other times it has been clear. I've tried vigorously shaking it in hopes that the contents have separated but this does not help. I will order foundation primer again, but it definitely won't be this one.

  • Donald P Ries - If You Have Quicken 2013, Don't Even Dream of "Upgrading"

This product is horrible. I have used Quicken since 1997, and bought the new version every year immediately after it became available, including Quicken 2013. Quicken 2013 was a great product that worked without any problems. Quicken 2014, on the other hand, constantly crashes, is harder to use, and is a complete waste of money. Intuit's supposedly "expert" team of programmers is trying to figure out why Quicken 2014 constantly crashes. Now, 31 days after I "upgraded" to Quicken 2014, they have yet to come up with a software fix. But don't take my word for it. Check out what Intuit says on their "Support" page (as of 11/20/13): "Installing, Updating or performing various tasks in Quicken 2014 has been reported as crashing or closing, with or without error messaging. In order to resolve these various crash conditions, we need more information while also providing solutions currently available." I, for one, want my money back. I'd suggest you use a prior version of Quicken if you have one, and not purchase Quicken 2014, at least until they come up with a workable fix for this not-ready-for-prime-time software.

  • MMMouse - Great!

Okay, here is what how you use this product: Do not peel off the sticky film under the lid, instead use a matte knife to cut out a triangle shaped piece, so that the film looks like a pizza with one big slice missing. Then not so much will come out and you will have better control and it will last much longer. You do not shake it on to the roots of your hair where you can see the scalp, you tap it gently, moving it where you can see your scalp. If you shake it near your front hairline, you may have to wipe a dusting off your forehead with a tissue, but it comes right off.
