It really does seem to curve my appetite which was my biggest concern in losing weight. Especially after a work out when you want to eat everything in sight this did a great job of not feeling starved. I followed the program the first week and sure enough i was down 7lbs in 7 days but it's hard to keep the momentum, I'll definitely buy it again and try to stick to it. It was rather effective.

I tried various other anti-fungal foot and toe creams, but this was the only treatment that cleared my nail color. I had a thick, yellow nail for almost two years, and now it's white and healthy again. Don't waste your time with other products, but this now.

These are great ! I like anytime I can use something to open up my airways without any medication. I do have to say however that adhesive on these is a bit rough on my skin , I had a red patch on each side of my nose . I'll be looking for the sensitive version of these now . Since I've been using these I snore less and I feel like I've slept better too ,I just wish they were more gentle.

It doesn't taste very good. But it works . NOT awful, not good. The cleanse for life taste like sugary coolaid with a mildly bitter after taste. I cannot drink pre-workout powders because they are too gross for me- this I can do it is a lot better. The chocolate snacks are probably the best thing (I was worried) they are like the chewable vitamins you ate when you were little but they taste like chocolate. The shake tastes a lot more like dark chocolate, but is drinkable- especially when blended with ice. I have been told the vanilla shakes taste better. The vanilla snacks taste good too (I've had them). This takes self control- the first 4 days are hard. It has helped me feel freed from my emotional connection to food.

First off, this review will solely focus on disc three which is the ONLY reason and a very good reason to purchase the Experience Edition of this classic Floyd album. I do not think there has been enough mention on here about how GREAT the third disc is, with versions of the songs that easily could have made it on to the original album. Specifically the Another Brick In The Wall songs are fantastic and in my opinion almost better than the album versions. I also must mention that these are vastly different than the songs, with different lyrics in alot of places. It is amazing to hear these to understand the working process of finalizing the songs on the album. Other songs are clearly still in progress and not the polished masterpieces that they would become. Either way, I think that many people are selling this short as I read in one review it was something you only needed to hear once. BS. Many of these demo versions are fantastic and fresh and I will be listening to them over and over. I may even make a mix and add some of the best demo's to the Wall in different places.

Personally, I thought the taste of this was just a notch above horrible. It was much more like sloppy joes, but in a taco. Yuck. We always look forward to two nite around here and we've tried a lot of different seasonings. This one is by far the worst. Obviously, just one persons opinion but being from Texas, this is an embarrassment.

I am giving this book its rate because I am looking for so much more but this book is still worth to recommend because of the detailed instructions, from the setting positions,breathing techniques,mental exercise and so many more. This book is for beginners,it will gibe you a step by step instruction. Recommended book for beginners!!
