This tastes like watered down chocolate milk and is not really thick. I am okay with the taste but was hoping it would taste creamier. I am training for a mini-triathlon and can use all the help I can get. I used to be very heavy and through diet, exercise and green coffee extract 

I'm taking this supplement along with uridine from the same brand as well as a high quality omega 3 supplement. This was originally conceived as the "Mr Happy Stack" on a popular online forum, and it turns out it's quite effective. I recommend you try it if you're already using Alpha GPC. I have been taking these three supplements together since starting Alpha GPC from VitaMonk, so consider this when reading my review.

First of all I just want to clarify I do not sell herbalife or intend to persue you into buying this product, this is just my personal opinion. When i first bought this pills i was a bit skeptical but with summer being right around the corner i was willing to give it a try. I have to say i'm very happy! it gives me a boost of energy and is an appetite supressant, i bought the thermo-bond before buying the total control and to be honest with thermo bond i couldnt tell the difference between taking it or not i was still hungry and not at my ideal weight however, with total control i feel full at all times! even if i try really hard to crave my fav meal i still dont and it doesn't make you go to the bathroom or anything like that like other diet pills do. i've only been taking it for a week and i love it i can't wait to weight myself =)

This product DOES NOT work as shown in their video. The 5 star reviews you see are bogus reviews put there to battle the bad reviews. Look at the other products they have reviewed and you will see NONE. Those reviewers only reviewed THIS PRODUCT. When you look at some of the bad reviews and see the other products they have reviewed you will see many other reviews. The good reviews on this product are quite clearly LIES to battle the bad reviews this product deserves.
