I discovered the benefits of probiotics while researching irritable bowel syndrome. After trying Align, I found that taking one daily almost completely stopped my painful cramping. I wish I had known about this formula years ago.

I buy this ever year, along with the H&R Block software, as a resource in case I run into something I'm not sure about or want to understand more thoroughly. I love the examples and explanations in Lassar's guide. It's been a great help.

Well I loved this and yes it gives me energy and has no aftertaste and doesn't leave that awful coffee breath BUT look what I just found on webmd.....

UPDATE - April 2014: I was really excited about how well this worked (see my original review below) but after about 5 months, the coating began to chip and peel up around the drain, and now, a little over a year later, there are spots all over the tub that are cracked, chipped, and peeling. Basically, it's as bad as it was before I started.
