As a retired physician, I'd like to congratulate the authors on doing an excellent job creating what will almost certainly become a nutritional classic for beautifully demystifying the concept of fasting for health. Kudos also to the publisher for producing a medical text that is unusually well designed and a pleasure to own and read.

My 7 year old son really liked this book. One of his favorite parts was when the bird was inside the pumpkin at the end. He felt like the author wrote at his level.

So far so good! Very bright light and all the LEDS are working. Ran it for about 4 days for 24 hours then changed it to 18/6 just to give it some time to take a break. Bought some sunglasses because this thing is so bright.

I have an older dog, so didn't want to spend a ton of money for something, not knowing how long it would be used (sadly), despite the other reviews, I wanted to find out myself. It was very simple to put together, I did not find it flimsy, maybe if all the tabs aren't locked into place. Someone said theirs blew away in a wind storm, but it IS recommened to be fastened down, which I did, made a frame of wood and fastened it to it, seems to be very sturdy. I cut a scrap piece of carpet to fit and my dog is now in HEAVEN! Yes it isn't insulated, but think that can be easily remedied by anyone who is a little bit handy. I think what I like the best is not having to paint it, wash it down and be done with it! It is also a very cute house.

This meat grinder works great and doesn't take up a lot of heavy space like the old fashioned grinder my grandmother used. I use it to make meatloaf and meatball mix and to grind up left over meats for my dogs. I also used to to make old fashioned ham salad like my grandmother made. I haven't had that in a couple of decades so it was fun to be able to recreate some of my childhood favorites. It's easy to clean and as I mentioned easy to store away when not in use.
