I will not waste any more of my time giving many details here (I've already wasted many hours trying to do the simplest of operations with this tool)............I will simply summarize by saying this is the absolute worst piece of software I have ever used, it makes Windows Millennium edition look like a technological marvel. I could manage my rental properties more efficiently with an abacus. Absolutely terrible, do not buy, do not even waste your time reading another review.
