I've been using Nioxin for over 8 years now and I still love it. It doesn't leave any buildup and I love how my hair feels with it. I haven't lost much hair since I've been using it, but I can't really say if that's due to the Nioxin or not. It's pretty expensive, but for me it's been great.

I have wide feet, so finding comfortable walking shoes that provide good arch support can be a challenge. Not with these shoes! The lightweight material keeps my feet cool and I love that I don't have to wear socks. However, if it's cold out, I definitely recommend wearing socks or your toes will be cold.
