I have tried this for 3 months. I waited for a scar i have on my hand to disappear but no luck.. I even took a before and after picture and it looks the same.. I see other people had better luck so it may be the skin type?

I've been using afrin for the past ~2.5 years to keep my nasal airways open. Recently the afrin has started to lose effectiveness, and my smaller nasal airways have really been hurting my bike and run speed/comfort. I got these strips because the ones I was using before would come off after about 30 miles of riding/sweating.

I cant comment on whether it is techinically correct because I am not a kickboxing expert. But it is a good workout for someone that just wants a cardio workout. You really do work out a sweat but its still relatively easy to follow unlike some other videos that are hard to follow. It also jumps right into the workout so there isn't an extended intro.

Helps keep you healthy. And builds my immune system and helps purge any toxins in my body along with lots of water.

More compact than the factory antenna. Reception is as good as with the factory unit. Manufacture and finish are very good.
