What a novel idea, pun intended, to write a business book and disguise it as fiction. The Goal is a story about a man and his family and his job. It provides a lot of information that at the time of publication was pretty important. It still is important, though has lost some of its urgency with time. It is a quick read and worth the time it takes to finish it.

I still have the original vinyl of this and picked up this to replace a scratched to hell CD version of it. This is one of the RARE examples of theater merging (mostly) successfully with Rock instead of the other way around.

This was delivered way before I anticipated. I was very anxious to get started using it so I was thrilled with the quick delivery. So far I really like it. Like others have stated, the scent is very nice. I apply once a day, at night. In the morning I use Vitamin C moisture with spf (see another review). I was concerned about trying this (and anything on my face) because I have oily skin that is proned to breakouts. I was willing to risk it however, to try to replenish/revive my aging skin. I feel that my skin is 'brighter' but that may just be my inner feelings being projected outward. I feel good about pampering my face with this organic product because it deserves it!

This book is in a class of its own. The style of writing is similar to a novel but the content will reshape the way you think about business. I will recommend this book to anyone not just business because it helps you find the true goal behind what you are doing and then work through the process to achieve it. It is practical for business and personal use!
