  • Roger Zimmerman - Don't bother ordering the CD

    To save time downloading the program, I ordered the CD. It turns out that there is only one MB on it. It connects you to the ESET website where you have to download a 1,643 KB program which then allows you to download a 69.4 MB program. The time estimate was over two hours via my Earthlink DSL. A quarter of the way through downloading, there was a communication error and a suggestion to go to the website and download an "offline installer." Apparently the first installer was "live" and was downloading and installing at the same time. Downloading the offline installer took less than 30 minutes and I was able to install and activate the program. Why sell a CD when you have to download the whole thing anyway? Customers should be advised of this by Amazon before we decide to buy. ESET should also tell us about the live vs. offline installation methods!

  • Phoenix Developer - Bugs need to be fixed

    There are bugs in this version which need to be fixed. For instance in the craps game a four way horn bet will either not pay out at all or pay out at 16 to 1 or 32 to 1 instead of 4 to 1 or 8 to 1.

  • Nicole - What a scam...

    This whole line is a joke. Any review with more than 1 star is OBVIOUSLY a person trying to sell this stuff ( hence the email addresses added to the end of the "great" reviews) i paid over $60 for 4 masks and it did absolutely NOTHING to my skin. DON'T waste your hard earned money on this garbage. Everyone is trying to make a buck off this crap and i somehow got roped into it. Ill stick to the SK-II masks they actually work!

  • fryque - Who cares about the product since there is no support.

    Please understand that any Sage product will provide a basically okay accounting package. But if you ever need help, especially in January, you may have no recourse. The online chat will be a white screen for hours. Hold time for support or sales will be hours. Even if you pay for Premium support, you will NOT get it.

  • Caitlin - Good starter kit

    Got this for my husband as a present and he is really likes it. Easy to use and includes a lot. I did appreciate the irony that a few weeks later is when up for a lightning deal for half price. Oh well. It was worth what I paid for it.
