The Kreg Jig system is awesome. It makes joining SO much easier. And it is so easy to use, you'll be a pro in no time at all. I have used regular wood screws instead of the Kreg Pocket Hole screws, but I think the Kreg screws are preferrable.

I really like RealDose Weight Loss Formula for several reasons. It works to curb my appetite which is essential for weight loss. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now and feel great. It doesn't have the stimulants found in most weight loss formulas so you don't get the jittery feeling like some products. One of the best things I found while taking it is that it has helped to eliminate night sweats which is hormonal. I'm sleeping better and therefore feel better overall. I would continue to take it for that alone. It's a great product and I would highly recommend it.

This battery recharger is everything it is cracked up to be. I love the auto shutoff so it doesn't sick down electrify all night after the charging is comlete. I did my homework and decided that this was the best charger for me. It seems like a lot of money for the batteries and the charger, but it pays for itself within a few packs of regular disposable batterries. I use this as my primary charger, but I did also purchase the rapid charger that comes with an car charging adapter. Great product. Happy camper!

I thought the book would be bigger but its small like super thin... Other than that its ok, personally I feel its over priced for something that little....

The mat i purchased is great for someone who sits at a desk all day, every day. The first day or two I didn't notice much of a difference, so I decided to also use it in bed while I slept. The first morning I woke up pain free! I have scoliosis in my spine as well as a herniated disc. I usually get out of bed bent over and stiff as a board. I actually had NO pain after sleeping on my mat! I plan on investing in one of the larger and softer mats that are more comfortable to sleep on in the near future.
