I started taking Amberen in hopes of alleviating perimenopausal symptoms. Instead, what's happened is I've become more menopausal, it seems. I'm hot all the time. I feel like I'm burning up and my body is on fire. Everybody else around me can be cold, but you can feel the heat radiating off my skin now. I'm extremely uncomfortable because of this. On top of that, I've noticed an increase in swelling. I thought these were just random things happening to me at first, but they began a week after I started taking Amberen. Now after reading other reviews on the product, I'm going to stop taking the pills immediately. Instead of weight loss, I've gained water. Instead of reducing my hot flashes, I'm burning up all the time, and my sex drive has stayed the same. It's been a month and a half and they say you have to be on the pill for a month to witness any results. I don't recommend this product. It's just made me more miserable and was a waste of money out of the pocket.

Oh they love this one. As soon as they got it, they were up and dancing to it. It gives them exercise, and lets them move parts of their body, that normally don't....LOL

On several occasions when I thought I was catching a cold, I used this once in the morning and once at night time and never caught the cold. It does not work if you alredy have a full blown cold, but it has woked beautifully for me when at first signs of an itchy throat, sneezy and getting a little stuffy. I love this and use it before flying--it works great.

TRUTH ABOUT A CLASSIC LIAR AND CROOK WHO DID AND DOES IT WHILE A SO-CALLED "PUBLIC SERVANT." SHE SHOULD BE (AND MAYBE IS) THE FEMALE LEAD IN A NASTY HORROR MOVIE. IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR.

Last year I spent thousands of dollars on fixing my teeth, trying to rid of bad smell. I had this product in a box for over a year, just laying on my shelf. Oh how I regret not using it right away, because this is what I really needed to help me battle my gingivitis. I hope my review can help somebody else.
