I've been using Wen for three years. My hair is curly, but not coarse and color treated. I was really hoping Hair One would be as good since it's much less expensive, but right out of the bottle you can tell a difference. At the risk of sounding like a commercial, it's not nearly as rich and emollient feeling as Wen. It's like body lotion. It cleaned my hair, but didn't moisturize as well as Wen. I also usually put a little on after I shampoo as a leave-in conditioner in since I don't use product. Hair One may work better leaving that step out. But I doubt I'll purchase it again.

OK....so I bought this the other day and it took me 2 days to install it on my computer (Windows 7 64bit OS). It snagged up on "Creating your cabinet". Anyway, if you have that problem, right click the icon on the desktop and click "Troubleshoot compatibility". You need to run it with XP Svc Pak 2 (which the computer will tell you). From then on it has run smooth but forget contacting customer service. When you call, they say to e-mail then hang up. When you email, they don't respond. Basically, I have figured out that I am on my own with any issues. No support.

I was shopping in walmart and came across this after thinking about buying proactiv for about a month. I thoroughly thought before i put it in my cart on whether i should just buy the proactiv like i always do, but thought what the heck. My problem isn't really acne i get little breakouts here and there but the real problem is the blemishes that make my face look several different ugly colors. Proactiv is the ONLY thing that has worked for me in the past so since this brand swore their product was comparable (as it was cheaper) i gave in.
