As a person that has to drag herself up from the couch to workout, here is my quick review: First, I was comparing this product to Herbalife and decided with Visalus b/c I already had a friend on the other and wanted to compare results. Second..It does NOT taste like cake batter...not sure what to compare it to, just regular vanilla protein powder (AS USUAL). I usually mix it with almond milk, banana, and coco powder. Sometimes greek yogurt or ice cream (naughty I know). I blend it in my bullet and it is ready to go! As a person that does not drink milk on the regular, it is a bit hard for me to swallow considering the taste. I do NOT use the flavored things they give you to try. I tasted a few and preferred to add my own. I thought I would lose weight in the first week but did NOT notice a difference, I actually thought I gained weight since I always feel fuller (fatter) after I drink this product. I have had it for months now, but need to stick with it in order to give a fair review for weight loss. As of now, I think I prefer to stick to exercising daily and eating clean which makes my body feel refreshed and light. Overall, next time I will buy a regular protein powder for 1/2 the price and 1/2 the false advertisement. If you workout on the regular, count calories or eat balanced meals you will eventually lose weight. I hope this review helps you understand that there is no secret "one week weight loss diet", which I also fell for.

I would give this book 4.5 stars. Stiger's Tigers is the first book in the Chronicles of an Imperial Legionary Officer series and is apparently in the military fantasy genre (I was not familiar with the term). I have read other books that focused on the battles and I am always surprised at how much I enjoy them. The characters in the story are very interesting, although there are not enough physical descriptors for me to picture them in my mind's eye. The story was a page turner that kept me up late some evenings as I read through the first three novels back-to-back. Each book ended on a satisfying note, and being somewhat impatient I was really glad to discover that I could quickly move on to the next book. Now I have to wait for the 4th book.

I used this on my bikini line, and my lady parts. Be careful ladies that you do not leave it on after 8 minutes and follow all directions or you will get a nasty burning rash feel for the next couple of days!!!!!!!!!
