Product would be wonderful if it did not fall short of its intended use. The call quality is abysmal. The call volume is too low. In order to use this device to make a call, you must either put it on speaker and press the extra volume button or always have it attached to a Bluetooth headset that has its own volume control.

I LOVE this stuff, and this was my 3rd tube. However, the consistency of the product is different than what I had bought in the past. I compared to some I still had left over in another tube and this one was not as dense and does not provide as good as coverage as the others I have had. Not sure if it was just this tube? It indicates an expiration date of Dec 2014 so it should still be good. dissapointed and will think twice before ordering off line again from an unknown place.

I spent 40 minutes on three different live chat sessions and 55 minutes on phone hold with customer support before I hung up. In addition, I spent an hour trying to fix this problem prior to calling for support. I also completed the web contact form. The disclaimer on the web page states: "You will receive an automated confirmation response from us within an hour of submitting the request. If you do not receive our response, it is likely the filters on your email account are blocking our emails." How convenient is that to pass the buck on lack of support right back to the customer by suggesting our e-mail program is rejecting their response? I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge my request for support.

I love this stuff! I use it with the Fall Fight conditioner & have noticed less hair falling in the shower.
