I feel that this product misrepresented itself on the tv commercial I saw. The light seems to just be for looks because it doesn't do anything. It's basically just a shaver and not a good one because it barely removed any hair. I returned it.

I found out about body by vi from some of my friends i went to college with. I signed up for the shape kit package because I just wanted to tone up and shape my body to that hour glass figure. With the shape kit you only get 2 bags of body by vi shake mix with the flavors(banana, strawberries, or chocolate). I was really mad when I found out it had artificial flavors in the shake mix. The instructions were to drink 1 or 2 shakes a day with 8oz of milk and you can add some fruits and veggies if you like. I only took one shake a day because I like to eat solid healthy foods. After two months of doing so I did see some slight results. I started drinking two shakes a day with a healthy meal and healthy snacks in between. Did this for 6-8 months and I didn't see results any more than what I saw before. I gave this a 3 because it does have a great taste and it's a great source of protein. I just don't believe that it makes you drop tons of pounds like the promotors hype it up to be. I still use the shake mix because I do drink protein shakes to aide with my weight loss journey. But what works for me is just simply eating right and working out. There are also some other protein powders that you can buy that is way cheaper than body by vi. Not trying to bash anyone's product because everyone is different but it just didn't work for me.

I love Injinji socks. I use them in my Vibram five fingers. I bought these socks for travel and after running races. They are nice, easy to get on, but woefully loose. I bought a pair, discovered that they were too big in the calf, so I downsized. The smaller size was only shorter. The sock barely stays up on my calves. The material is fine, the workmanship is great (like all the other Injinji socks), but they offer no compression for my calves. I am a distance runner, and like the idea of a recovery sock. These socks are far too loose to offer any compression unless you are a person with substantial calves! Since most distance runners are thin, I can't recommend these for skinny people! Sorry!

What's not to love. Just wet it with water and wipe. It actually leaves a surprising shine on everything you use it on. I've become obsessed with wiping down the kitchen since I got it! Totally worth the $.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this stroller and I love it!!! Easy to set up and moves so easily in stores, and I feel my little one is very safe too!. Our winter has been so harsh and my little girl is so warm and comfy when we go for wakes! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the car seat too!

the only and biggest problem with it is that the author says don't bother your self with the difficult section! which is totally misleading the GRE consider the hard section and scored it for you. but this book if you combine it with the MAthwork book from Kaplan too you will guarantee a good score in GRE
