I absolutely hated this thing. Maybe I didn't give it enough time or practice or something, but I didn't want to go bald trying to figure it out. It was a nightmare trying to untangle my hair from the knots that this contraption would make every time it would suck my hair up in this thing. I just figured that after a few attempts, I'd rather just curl my hair the old fashion way than end up looking like Medusa. I ended up returning the thing and getting an even better curling iron. So a win-win.

Once we got everything installed and running the program has been very good. I would prefer a company centered program as opposed to a contact centered system but it works well. You need to work with trial version to see if it meets your needs before you make a commitment to this program.
