Unlike most reviewers here, I am not a bodybuilder. Instead, I use protein powders for correcting digestive problems. I'm prone to bacteria imbalances and inflammation in my small intestine which make it hard for me to digest meat and cheese. Forget about building muscle. As a result, I rely on protein powders for my protein, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I get to avoid the negative side of meat consumption and besides, I get higher quality protein from whey. Over the years, I've tried many protein powders (from not only whey but also egg, soy, pea, rice, etc.). Remember that I have digestive problems, so I can tell you which ones cause symptoms and which ones don't. This Optimum Nutrition Whey is the only one that doesn't. Why? Probably because it doesn't contain a bunch of weird carbohydrates and sweeteners that ferment in my gut. This stuff is sweetened only slightly and did not cause me to bloat like so many other protein powders. Also, I've noticed that most protein blends have some other forms of protein in them, such as soy or casein. This one is 100% whey, as it should be. No hard to digest carbs, no hard to digest proteins. This brand, in my experience, is the most effective one for rebuilding a damaged intestinal lining and for easily absorbing the complete proteins that many of us have a hard time digesting.

I learned a lot more about computers and other related items while reading throughout this book. It gives a lot of information that I didn't know before.

Thought my niece and nephew would like the newer songs, but they prefer just dance 4...doesn't seem like it has as much songs...liked that they changed how to select songs by keeping hands still over choice instead of trying to click.

This is a fair place to start for a "Burr" grinder, it won't break your grinder budget, however it is noisy and it has to be handled carefully as it spreads Coffee dust through just routine use...opening and closing the coffee bin...it makes a lot of ultra fine coffee dust. I have learned to make it work for us but it could stand some real world refinements and then it will cost much more. I have owned very pricey Burr Grinders made in Italy...they know a thing or two about Burr Grinders. But I also had a "Blade" type...those are much better suited as a "Spice Grinder"...so forget that. This little machine will work for you...you just need to practice a bit. So...little money spent will get you a type of Burr machine which will work for you till you can fork over bigger $$$$ for a pro machine...this machine is not a Pro...But it works just fine within those parameter's...I get a grind I can deal with. Item received in envelope. Packaging a little bent but CD was fine. Installed no problems, and created a trip easily. Streets and Trips is no longer offered by Microsoft so I feel lucky that I found this. I plan a lot of routes with up to 40 stops around town. This is the best mapping program.
