I started taking holy basil about a month ago. I realized after 2 weeks how calm and relaxed I was. I work in a middle school and it has really helped my nerves and my female issues. I recommended holy basil to a friend and she reported she could tell a difference after the first day. I'm going to check on her status in about 2 weeks to see how well she's doing. Simply surprised at the quality of this tire gauge. Everyone needs to have something like this in their car at all times. You never know when you will need it or come across someone else that does. As it is not just a tire gauge, it has a flashlight, car window breaker, seat belt cutter and red safety light. For an all in one, this is a great value. Plus saves a lot of space having everything in one small handy tool.

I played with this ball extensively when I played in college as we had the U.S. sitting volleyball team practice at our wellness center full-time and the paralympic practiced part-time there - thus these volleyballs were always on hand. I do not care for the texture that much, but that is more of a personally opinion. My hands tend to sweat a lot and this style of grip made it a bit more slippery than others.

After 2 months I can see small changes, hope it will make things good, but the down side is not east to style the hair... I have to cut my hair short so no one will see my hair is not touchable.
