I bought two containers and used the product as described for 2 weeks (the bottles ran out). After purchasing the product someone e-mailed me and asked me to "stick with it for at least ten days" so I did. And after 14 days I can safely conclude that this product did not help my shin splints at all. It's very expensive for the little container you get. They do offer a money back guarantee contingent on you calling in and returning the empty containers, but my wife threw out the containers before I could send them back. So as of now I am out $40, and am back to square one. I guess that's not too bad, but I'm not happy about it.

I bought these sleeves because since I started running my knees have hurt while working out. I wanted something I could slip on when doing lower body workouts. They came packaged nicely in a zip locked bag. I used the sizing chart and was between a small and a medium so I bought the medium. The sleeves fit fine. The material does seem to be high quality. I could feel that they were compressing my knees and providing support. They are a little snug getting on as expected and they do not roll. I completed a 10 minute lower body workout. The sleeves were stiff and restricted some movement while doing repetitive squats. About 4 minutes in my knees started to hurt. I believe that these would probably work for someone doing something less repetitive like weight lifting, but for my purposes they are not really useful. I recieved this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review. My review is 100% genuine.

I had a cup this morning @Starbucks as this was what they were brewing. I was very disappointed. I expected a rich,sweet , chocolate brew, instead it was weak and tasteless. Sticking with Verona. Has not found a coffee that beats it.

This is as witty as other Dummies books but there's a problem with the print quality. When the author shows what you should be seeing when using Quicken, the images are so blurry you can barely read the example. Also, be aware that it is voluminous and if all you want to do is record transactions in a checkbook, you might be better off just googling your question.

Others have pointed this out, but I must reiterate: the helmet is so light and fits perfectly that you forget that you have it on your head. As with almost any other brand of helmet, it does take some time to adjust the straps to your liking but once they are set, you don't have to think about them anymore. The Roc Loc 5 system is faultless and extremely customizable. The Roc Loc 4 system worked just fine but this newer version has finer adjustability, a smaller form factor and is easier to adjust while on the run. Thankfully I have never had to test the workability of any bike helmet but with this thing on your head you do have some sense of feeling protected.

I really appreciate the customer service I get from Vooray. That alone is worth 5 stars. As for my duffel, I love it. I bought it to fly Spirit Airlines for my one personal item. It has a few small zipper pockets (one larger pocket on the inside, and a smaller one on the outside), as well as one large outside pocket on the end of the barrel (held my flip flops perfectly). Decent barrel construction- seams look good, zippers work well and without effort, the shoulder strap has beefy metal carabiner clasps. The outside material, 100% polyester inside and out, has a nice texture and weight (not to mention an awesome floral pattern). My one criticism is I feel the liner was lacking and felt inferior compared to the outside material. I appreciate the liner on my 

Absolutely, positively 5 stars. I have a small home, but problematic due to interference and older walls that just HATE wifi signals. I've tried all kinds of solutions. Today, for the first time ever, I was able to get the full speed that I've been paying for from my provider in one of the rooms that never could get a clear signal. Let me rephrase this... My computer generally would latch onto a neighbor's wi-fi network over hours, due to better connectivity.
