As a Former CFO, I found myself watching the 2 minute loading of QB2005, and the marketing displays to have me buy more services to be more than annoying. This new version, which I was forced to by because I am now hiring someone to manage my books is troubling at best. By havng to pay for a renewal to help my new person, for stuff that is not necessary, I think there should be a trimmed down version that can be supported over time. Qickbooks is the accounting standard for small shops like me, but much like microsoft, they write heavy overhead programs that eat up memory, and slow down the processing for simple acts.

Pros: This is an excellent slicer. Very easy to use. The infinite adjustment knob adjusts from paper thin to 5 CM maximum. So far I have sliced sweet potatoes, celery and onions. The silicone "feet" are great for slicing right into a hot pan. The handle is tilted which allows for easy handling. The food holder holds the food very well right to the last slice. And to top it off it is dishwasher safe. What more could you ask of a mandoline?

I wouldn't pay this much for it though! This is pricey, and it did not do its job. I'm a 40 yr old female and experiencing slight hair loss. The smell was alright, but i would just go for a regular shampoo instead of this.
