Mosquitos absolutely love me, so I put insect repellent on if I'm outside in the evening. I got tired of the sprays that smell so strong, and leave your skin sticky, so I purchased this. It works fine, and I don't get bit while wearing it, but wish it came in a larger size to make it more reasonably priced.

Every supervisor needs to have this book to help write solid, objective, and defensible performance appraisals. I also use it to write performance plans (goals/objectives) and to prepare for feedback sessions with employees. As an HR professional with responsibility for the performance management function for my agency, I highly recommend this to the supervisors with whom I work to help improve how performance appraisals are done. A great resource, especially considering the price.

Total Scam is more appropriate. The program's principles are not the object of the review. The lack of business ethics is decidedly the object. Signing up online was relatively easy; the package was $149 as advertised. But hidden in the fine print is a subscription service; agreeing to purchase the package for the stated price apparently enrolls you in the sub service, which is not mentioned in the online invoice. And of course, attempting to cancel is harder than rolling boulders uphill. Shame on these people for preying on well-intentioned, concerned parents!
