Emuaid is gentle, professionally prepared/presented, MAY be useful for regular mild abrasions. However, I following an online customer blog recommending this for lichen sclerosis, an autoimmune disease. I could not see any improvement on the worst areas of LS skin. For overall moisture, OK; however, organic coconut oil is also just as effective as a moisture product and is 1/6 the price of the Emuaid & available in local stores. For the high price (nearly $40 with shipping) instead of Emuaid, I have used Panthoderm for years for tender tissues needing relief from stinging and burning skin lesions and tender tissues. The Panthoderm Cream includes panthenol which is a little like a menthol. -- Presently for the lichen sclerosis itch relief, I have tried OTC (over the counter) Carmex which has 20 natural ingredients, 3 of which are like a menthol which gently soothes burning and itching and is available at $1.00 in small jars. --- G. I have used many "free" tools and many other brands in the last 20 years of dealing with SMB's and home users and I have never found anything in this price point that is as "SPOT ON" as Acronis. I include it on every machine I build OR fix because the price allows me to do so without much impact to the customer. When I show them the F11 restore function that includes all their settings and apps (Not just Windows) they absolutely love it (and me).

Season 5 has been a real disappointment so far. I love these types of shows, and Paranormal Witness was very good in past seasons, but Season 5 is just lame. Ouija boards, Mothman ... give me a break. And all episodes seem to end without resolution; the people just run away from the activity. It's as bad as Ghost Adventures, without the unintentional hilarity that makes GA worth watching when there's nothing better on. I'm disappointed that I spent money on this.

Book is fairly simple to read ( a lot of information is presented but in an easy to read format ), also depending on your specific issue some of it may not directly apply but what does apply is very helpful. Formerly a raw vegan we had been dealing with some serious mineral loss issues seen both in health issues ( me ) and then in things like losing tooth color ( graying/translucent ) and an overall lack of energy this program as layed out in the book has really helped to re start my digestion and begun to heal what was really becoming quite serious health problems for us. Make sure to pay attention to your body, each phase could take different people in a family varying amounts of time based on symptoms ( we had someone in phase one for quite awhile...then they FINALLY had a break through! ).

I have been researching this bag for weeks and finally bit the bullet and ordered it.....I do not regret my choice one bit. As with many reviews I do wish it had a grab strap on top but I can't beat the price.....
