This stuff is awesome! It really lifts my mood and gives me fairly steady energy. I will say it takes a few days to adjust. I took it on an empty stomach and felt a bit woozy the first day. After the second day I felt fine actually I felt great. I also only take it in the morning and I take it with food. I noticed some people took this in the evening before they worked out and they gave it a negative review because they were up all night. It does contain caffine and you should not take large amounts of caffine at night and expect to fall right asleep. I took it at 1pm and it was still too late in the day for me. I pretty much have to take it by 10am if I expect to sleep soundly. I've also been taking unisom or melatonin and that helps. However don't expect a miracle it does take your effort to lose weight or get in shape. Taking this and not changing your habits won't make you magically lose weight. There is no magic pill but this is a very good tool to help with a fitness routine or to give you more energy and a better mood.

When I purchased this binder, I was under the impression that it came full of women. I was sorely disappointed when I opened it to find it completely empty and devoid of women. Labeling needs to be clear that women are sold separately.

I know the idea of "pulling oil" seems odd but in the 3 weeks my kids and I have been doing this, bad breath has all but gone and our teeth are noticeably whiter. My 15 YO son's acne has become less active and his skin looks clearer overall. My daughter's persistent sinus drainage has all but stopped (a miracle for her). I'll report back in a few months.

Last May we adopted a rescue - a 10 month old pit bull girl, sweet as can be. Her background prior to winding up in the shelter is unknown. Her foster saw her through the parvo virus - and concentrating on getting Molly well and having her put on weight were the priorities. So, when she came to us, her forever home, we needed to work on manners. I asked the volunteers at the rescue organization what they thought of the Thundershirt. All I heard was praise. So, a few months ago we bought one through Amazon. Molly is not aggressive at all - in fact, she's fearful of many things. She's quite exuberant though on walks (she's a puller) and when people come over - she loves people. We put the Thundershirt on her and we could not believe the difference. She really mellowed out, but was still Molly. What I like about it, is that it calms her so we can teach her and she is receptive and learns. It's not a cure all. It shouldn't be, but it's a wonderful aide in helping anxious, fearful or excitable dogs.

This book was so amazing the first day I got it i couldn't stop reading it. I love this book so much it's perfect for kids going in middle school. I suggest this book for anyone looking for surprises crushes and juicy stories.
