I'll be brief. I had knee problems. It has a lot of information and you will find out some things you didn't know. And there is a good part of the book that you already know concerning diets, exercise, etc. The bottom line is that Glucosimine and Chondroiton supplements will relieve pain and get you moving much better. I've tried it several times and it has much benefit. If you are over weight you need to lose it and though it may help you in the short term for some people age and other factors may eventually leave you with little choice but surgery. My doctor originally put me on pain killers. I didn't want to go that route and the supplements got me off of them.
I was worried about spending this kind of money on a bat. This was the first time that we ever purchased such expensive equipment, but this bat was MUCH less than others that I saw in the same class. We decided to get this because this is the first time that my daughter moved up to the majors and we wanted her to have the same serious bat as other players. Well....after only using the bat for about 2 games, my daughter hit her first grand slam of her softball career and she has been playing for 5 years!!! It came fast and is a wonderful addition to my daughter's game.

With each pull of the plunger and squeezing of the trigger, one (and ONLY one) dart is fired. Pull the plunger, squeeze the trigger, and the next dart is fired. How?? The answer is clever engineering.
This is around the 4th time I have ordered the LD Remanufactured Repalcement Cartridge and so far I have been very pleased with the quality and performance. I have never had any issues with the printing quality. It seems like perhaps it did not last quite as long the last time but overall I am satisfied and will continue to reorder from this company. Good value.
Ah! Finally my Georgie has a book of her very own! Ever since her introduction during The Summer Games series as one of the supporting characters I have been dying for more Georgie.
