Used as recommended and kept diet the same, increased exercise. Did not see a reduction in pounds or inches in two weeks. I have PCOS and I don't know if my symptoms have any bearing on the results but I will be trying another product soon.

this might work better on a new decal for removing glue. But use rapid remover for older stickers or decals works very good.
