Update: I had posted this review earlier this AM - this afternoon I received a call from Hallmark's technical department reviewing my incidents (see below) and couldn't believe there's STILL a company that "Takes Care Of Their Customers!!!

I've only been using this for a little over a week and I can already see and feel the difference. I really cannot believe that I actually had a sex life prior to this product. My wife definitely enjoys it too ;)

First, let me start with I am almost 50 years old, female, and have very large breasts, so I hate workouts that involve jumping up and down a lot. At first I didn't like this, because the first DVD does have a lot of jumping jacks. However, each day is a different workout and the more I did the more I liked it. I am definitely the oldest person doing this workout on the tape, but there is a 45 year old who looks very fit and lost 45 lbs. That is a good motivator for us over the hill folks.

I did receive a discount on this product in exchange for my honest review. Great pillow I have bought about 7 of these I give most of them away to my family and friends and they love it! This is a firm type and it molds to your head but is also good for your back support!!!
